**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast / transformer inside the display case. When installing you should use a licensed electrician / installer to bring power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole as we feel it is best for the installer to decide the best exit point for power supply).
We offer TWO LED Lighting Options as detailed below:
TOP LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option we place an LED strip light on the top side of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting the contents inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For this option we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case. The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the contents being displayed inside.

Our wall mount 22 x 28 Viewable Area Outdoor Message Center Magnetic Black Dry-Erase Board has a durable porcelain-on-steel writing surface. So, not only can you create engaging, eye-catching handwritten messages and drawings, you can post various printed messages, bulletins, signage, and graphics onto the markerboard with simple magnets.
The 22x28 enclosed message cabinet features a deep black porcelain surface for effortless writing and is easily kept clean, unlike a melamine blackboard. The scratch-resistant, magnetic dry-erase blackboard is perfect for high-traffic public locations and workplaces and is very easy to maintain.
Another feature of the wall-mount outdoor 22x28 message center is its porcelain-enameled surface. This wear-resisting coating does not absorb ink, thus eliminating staining and ghosting that would often occur from constant use with other types of blackboards.

Built with durable, eco-friendly, and maintenance-free recycled plastic faux wood, this weatherproof and highly dense, resilient 22 x 28 Outdoor Message Center, unlike other exterior natural wood message displays, will never rot, chip, or split due to outdoor weather conditions. Since it's made from recycled plastic (polyethylene), our wall mount exterior information center is also resistant to water, insects, and chemicals.
22x28 Outdoor Message Board in 6 Faux Wood Style Finishes
The single-door outdoor display design is crafted from faux wood lumber. That means it has the appearance and mimics the style of real wood, but is much stronger to withstand the outdoor elements.
You also have a choice of six faux wood finishes in popular colors, such as Sand, Woodland Green, and Weathered Wood. 1 Year Limited Warranty

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.
Please email our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns for warranty related issues will be accepted without such authorization.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. Upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item a credit will be issued less a 30% restock fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc. You are responsible for arranging return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order exceeding $2,500 dollars is non-returnable.

International Orders - We do not accept returns when shipping to locations outside of the USA. All sales are final, so please triple check all details of your order before proceeding.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
